Jon Harper

(He/They) Experienced leader and manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in non-profit institutions, and also a recent (2022) graduate of Columbia's EMPA program, with an MPA degree focused on Sustainability and Innovation. I have a strong history of advocacy around gender and environmental issues inside and outside of the workplace and am focused on creating a culture of respect, anti-oppression, and equity in the work environments.

Medusa

Medusa has cemented themselves as an underground bard for fellow outcasts. Playing stages like NYC Pride and SXSW, the artist continues to center advocacy in their career. As a member of RAMPD, Medusa uses their platform to celebrate neurodiversity and promote equity and inclusion across the music industry. Audiofemme awarded Medusa as one of the recipients of their 2022 Agenda Grant, for their project Allegory of The G/rave, which retells Medusa’s story from a queer perspective. In 2023, Keychange selected Medusa to be a member of their inaugural United States cohort.

Kat Leander

(She/Her) A Chicago transplant, currently based out of New York City, Kat Leander (aka KiTTN) is a singer, songwriter and rapper who prides herself on unique flows, lyricism and wordplay. In 2022, KiTTN became an official Wavys Artist and Ambassador. KiTTN dropped her debut album, Exposed, in late 2023.
